Resurrection Grammar School Father's Club

The school is closed today Thursday March 2 because of the impending snow storm.

Gentlemen, a call to arms.

We need to meet this Tuesday at 7:00pm in the Grammar School Cafeteria. We have much to do including putting our annual dinner together and putting some of our hard earned funds to work at Resurrection. Please try to make this meeting, we don't have many and this one will give us a lot of direction.

Apparently the grammar school is still without power today. WFAS has announced that the grammar school is closed today, as is the Rye school system.

I think everyone was a winner this Saturday. It turned out to be a very special day, good weather, plenty of fun and games and lots of fathers volunteering their time, contributing prizes and food. A big thanks goes out to everyone that helped in any way. We don't have final numbers yet but it looks like we raised almost enough to fund this year's sports budget. Great job everyone.

If you are a winner you will receive a phone call this week to make arraignments to deliver your prize. Thanks again to the fathers and the kids that volunteered their time! Oh, the Halloran that won Winged Foot is Ann Eagan's dad.
