Kevin and Tim and Bob and I have been running the Fathers Club for a very long time and we feel it's important that we have some new ownership in running things. Wednesday night we are hoping to hand off the responsibility for running the club. If you want to be involved in running the Fathers Club or if you want to have a hand in selecting who will run the Fathers Club make sure you are at this meeting or at least email me to let me know your ideas. We need: -- 4 MAN CREW from 8:30 - 10:45 to be "Supervisors and Dish Cleaners" at the Pancake Breakfast -- 2 MAN CREWS for each of the following time slots to help with photos with Santa and other misc tasks: = slot 1 => 10 - 12 = slot 2 => 12 - 2 = slot 3 => 2 - 4 -- 10 MAN CREW from 4:00 - 6:00 to break down the tables, and to check out the vendors (doing some math on the adding machines) Sign up now!!! In other news, we had an organizational meeting earlier in the month. Here are the some updates from that meeting (more to come soon): (1) We have pencilled in Feb 9th for the Beefsteak Dinner. Mark this date on your calendars. When it is 100% confirmed, we'll send an official Save The Date e-mail. If you want to be on the team that puts this dinner together, please let me know. (2) We recognized the need to update our e-mail list (the list used for this mailing). We strongly suspect this note is only reaching half of the fathers!
