Carnival Schedule

Here is the proposed schedule for the carnival.   There are 4 shifts
1.  Setup - 8:30 - 10:00
2.  Shift 1 - 10 - 12
3.  Shift  2 - 12 - 2
4.  Shift 3 / Clean-up - 2 - 4

Below is who I have slotted into each shift (the number after is how  
many people you are bringing).
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE SHIFTS.
ALSO, WE ARE SHORT 5 - 10 PEOPLE EACH SHIFT - WE NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS
LASTLY, WE NEED 3 CHEF'S ON EACH SHIFT.  PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU  
WANT TO DO THAT.
