RFC - Beefsteak this Friday. HELP! & Giants are in the raffle

Gents - we are going great on reservations for the Beefsteak, but we  
still have room for a few more.  DON'T MISS OUT.  We need your  
reservations by Wednesday.  Don't assume this e-mail has reached your  
buddies.  This list still only gets to about 1/2 of the fathers at the  
school.  Also, there is no reason you can't bring friends who are not  
Resurrection school fathers!

WE NEED YOUR HELP...  CYO Basketball starts at 10am after our event.   
We need 10 guys to clean-up starting at 7:30am.  PM Amusements is  
coming then to get their pool tables, etc..., and once they are taken  
out, we need to roll-up the mats.  We need your help, otherwise the  
CYO games will be delayed.  We also need some more help working the  
front-door at 6:30 and again at 7:30.

Thanks to our friends in the Giants front-office, the raffle will  
include some mighty nice Giants gear.  While these friends of ours  
will be in AZ getting ready for the game (and we will have a toast to  
them and the G-men), they are with us in spirit, and we thank them for  
the donation!!!  Go Giants!  The main prize of the raffle is the same  
as last year, a 50 inch HDTV flat screen.

To recap, some details on the event...
- It is from 6:30 to whenever in the Middle School Gym
- You can pay at the door.  It is $80 for a ticket, and  $700 for a  
table for 8 with a bottle of wine.
- If you reserve a table, please send me a list of who is at your  
table - I have this for only 1/2 the tables already reserved.
- We are having beer, wine, steak, etc....
- We are having a 50 / 50 raffle and a prize raffle (as mentioned above)
- We are having the first and hopefully not last free-throw shooting  
contest

This is the final push, and if we get the answered needed from this e- 
mail, there will only be one more e-mail - a reminded Friday morning...
