RFC - Final Carnival Scheduling E-mail

These nightly e-mails have rallied the group!  We are really close to  
having a full crew for every shift.  We are only 8 slots from being  
filled up!

Some notes re: the way the day will run:
1 - Shift 1 - setup is from 8:30 - 10:00.  Most of the setup work is  
moving tables, hanging signs, and doing quick runs to the store for  
stuff we forgot.  The rides will likely open early, as kids will come  
when they come.  We are scheduled to start at 10:00.  I will give you  
assignments for rides once we are setup.  If you know you have to  
leave at 11 sharp, let me know, and I'll get you your sub faster.
2 - Shift 2 - look for me when you arrive.  I'll try to be near the  
ticket booth during shift change.  Come to me to find your  
assignment.  You will have the most customers for the rides, etc...   
If you know you have to leave at 1:30 sharp, let me know, and I'll get  
you your sub faster.
3 - Shift 3 - look for me when you arrive.  I'll try to be near the  
ticket booth during shift change.  Come to me to find your  
assignment.  We are scheduled to end at 3pm.  If we have no customers,  
we will end early.  This shift includes clean-up.  The biggest part of  
clean-up is getting the tables back from where they came, and  
collecting garbage.

I'm not going to send another note re: the carnival scheduling.  (Andy  
might do another raffle update, so you are not out of the woods yet).

Here are the stats.  I've adjusted the We Need to account for fathers  
who are working with children, the All Day crew, and the 8th grade  
helpers.
