RFCL - How you can help with the Carnival - details below

As I said at the two Back to School nights.  We need your help with  
the carnival on Oct 11th.  Without your help, this event cannot  
happen....

We are having a planning meeting at Kelly's on Sept 22th at 7:30pm.

Here are the numbers:
Last year our raffle brought in $8,860.  We need your donation of  
prizes to make the raffle a success.  HELP!  We want to clear over  
$10,000 on this part.
Last year we did a silent auction for some golf prizes and raised  
$2,900.  Who wants to donate something for this?  We want to blow this  
away....
Last year the tickets for the rides brought in $3,453 net (we share  
the gate with PM Amusements).  We need you to work the rides and bring  
your kids, their friends, their cousins, etc... to get this to increase.
Last year we sold $1,507 in food and drink (all of which were donated  
by Billy Powell and some fathers who did Rye Beverage Mart runs...)
We had minor expenses of a couple hundred dollars and change.

Total gross last year $16,232.  Can we clear over $17,500?

Come on...  Blowing this away is a layup...  We need your help with  
prizes and with volunteering at the event.

So, how to help
1 - send me prize donation information
2 - send me your willingness to work on Oct 11th (we'll schedule  
shifts later)
3 - come to the meeting at Kelly's on Monday to help plan the details
