Mark your calendars and secure your pass from the wife. It?s the usual drill: 1 - Stag dinner in the middle school gym & cafeteria. $80 entry. Wine is additional. Beer is on the house. 6:30 start time. Steak around 8:30. Beer, wine, steak, pool, ping pong, baseball on TV, etc.... 2 - You pay at the door, but I need to know you are coming so reply to this note to make sure you are on the list. I need to commit a number of people to Billy Powell for the steak. Buying a table for 8 gets you a free bottle of wine (if you confirm this week I?ll make it 2). You can bring any guys you want... 3 - We will pre-sell raffle tickets. And as soon as I convince some of you to donate them, I will forward a list of the prizes to all. 4 - By receiving this email, you have consented to my bombarding you with numerous emails over the next 2 plus weeks. I need volunteers the following: Someone to take charge of beer (work with the distributer); someone to make sure we have snacks (chips pretzels ect); set-up; clean-up (the next morning), and working the door. If you can help with any of these, let me know. And we need donors for Raffle and Live auction Prizes (sports tickets/ golf/booze/whatever) As mentioned, we need to confirm attendance. Bring your friends, relatives, neighbors. They don't need to be associated to Resurrection, just a guy who wants to have a fun night with the guys. Also ? we are trying to update our email list ?
